Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the location and method chosen at checkout.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. GlōMedics Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.
